Hugo Hanselmann - Chief Executive Officer

Prior to starting B-Sprouts, Hugo was the Global Director of Digital Connections of Anheuser-Busch InBev, Hugo was responsible for digital marketing worldwide. Working for one of the world’s top consumer product companies, he also set-up their innovation hub in Sillicon Valley to drive the digital innovation of the company. Prior, Hugo spent 11 years at Daimler where he rose to become senior manager of eBusiness as well as member of the Innovation Committee. Other notable past roles include interim CMO at Novero, a connected car technology provider. Besides B-Sprouts, he runs his own advisory business HuHeHa, is I-COM Global Board Member and Advisory Board Member of DMI and HIKAMI Digital, and he is mentor at Techstars, Plug&Play and RG/A Venture Studio.

Jurgen Coetsiers - Chief Technical Officer

Jurgen registered one of the first commercial internet domain names in Belgium, making him a true internet pioneer. With a passion for software, Jurgen spend a first big part of his career at the big software players like Computer Associates, Oracle, Pervasive Software in various roles combining technological know-how with sales & marketing. After his corporate career, he discovered the entrepreneur in himself. He he co-founded a digital agency working for brands like FIFA, Stella Artois, Adobe and Hewlett Packard, and was named one of the top 52 most influencial people in Mobile. Next to being B-Sprouts CTO, he is currently co-founder and CTO of Marlin, a compliance as a service start-up. Jurgen holds a software engineering degree from HoGent and is a passionate home automation “hacker”.

Pascal Binard - Chief Financial Officer

Our CFO Pascal likes to align Government goals with startup goals. After spending 10 years in the Automotive Procurement & CRM Industry with brands like Mercedes-Benz & Renault Nissan, he co-founded a Swiss bio-polymeer startup in 2006 which he successfully exited a few years later. Next to B-Sprouts, Pascal is currently co-founder & CEO of Marlin, a compliance as a service startup. Pascal holds a master degree in Business Administration from IDRAC Business School. Having worked and lived in various European cities, he currently lives in Brussels with his family and likes to enjoy the goodnesses of French wine.
